Evershine Resort & Spa

The property was elegant and regal but also had a homely feel to it. The view was excellent and service top-notch. What I really loved about the hotel was it offered kid friendly activities and had ample options. Although the rain played spoil sport and prevented us from enjoying the outdoor activities, the hotel staff ensured we had sufficient options in-house such as puppet shows, in-door games, caricatures, etc.. my kid loved playing in the hotel and interacting with the staff. The buffet spread was exquisite and absolutely delicious. The staff ensured that we had a hospitable stay throughout my stay with the hotel and consistently went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. In particular, Sanika from Front Office, Pooja from F&B and Roshan Dsouza from Housekeeping made our stay a memorable one. I would definitely visit this hotel again and look forward towards it.

The breakfast was good, but I expected more. For instance, the spread of the breakfast could have had a few more local dishes. On the three mornings we ate, Poha was the only stand-out dish. I expected some kind of Aloo paratha. Also, the taste of the sambar and chutneys was not good. This feedback is necessary since I come from Chennai. I would be perfectly fine if the breakfast menu did not have south indian items, but if you had it, then you must ensure that the taste meets a certain benchmark. The sandwiches and pastries were excellent; so were the honey and jam available with the toast. The Poha was lip-smacking and the presence of cheese was the cherry on the cake. I had the opportunity to eat dinner and lunch which was also good. The other facilities like gym, play room and swimming pool were really well-maintained and comfortable. I used the gym on two occasions and loved working out. The spa was also excellent and relaxing. The property is full of birds and greenery and is an extremely good place to stay for a honeymoon and family trip or a friends trip. The rooms have superb amenities and the service provided by the hotel staff is immaculate.

There were a lit of choices for breakfast and the food was tasty.. Fruits, juices, south indian, continental,.. there was something in it for every taste. Christmas week celebrations were good. Live music, archery, shooting, Disney characters, rock climbing, cycling, a decent garden with trees, good seating ambience for dinner, courteous staff. Evening snacks were good. We had dinner one night, food was tasty. Good club house with tt tables, snooker, chess, carrom, ludo, gym Sofa cum Add on bed for my kid

Breakfast was excellent. Evershine resort is at very prime location ..It's very near to Wilson point which is the highest point of new Mahabaleshwar and hardly 600 m from mall road.This resort has so many Indoor and outdoor activities that children would love it. Especially evening entertainment program of rock band was good and had very soothing voice.We celebrated our wedding anniversary here which became memorable for us.

The breakfast had a good spread though lacked the expected taste. The room was pretty good. The location is very good; away from the crowd but within walkable distance to the market. The tapri chai corner was the highlight! Swimming pool facilities were available and the pool and the poolside was clean. The stay was comfortable!
